    Preheat air fryer to 350°F. If using a conventional oven, adjust rack to top position and preheat to 350°F.

    Wash and dry kale , radishes , scallions , and icelandic cod .

    Trim and thinly slice radishes. Trim scallions, separating whites from greens.

    In a large bowl , combine microwavable grain blend , edamame , radishes, scallion whites, ponzu sauce , and sesame ginger crunch ; toss to combine.

    Lightly coat cod with olive oil , salt , and black pepper . Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray . Crush wonton strips in a small bowl and coat cod pieces. Air fry until crispy ⏱️ 10 minutes .
