Wash and dry all produce. Preheat oven to 375°F. Peel, core, and cube @granny smith apple{1%unit}. Roughly chop half the @pecans{¼%cup}. Grease a #small baking dish{} with ½ tbsp @butter{2%tbsp}. Melt remaining 1½ tbsp butter in a #small bowl{} in the microwave ~{20%seconds}. -- Alternatively, melt butter in a small pan over medium heat.

In a #medium bowl{}, combine @brown sugar{¼%cup}, @baking powder{1%tsp}, @cinnamon{1%tsp}, @rolled oats{1%cup}, @dried cranberries{¼%cup}, remaining half of pecans, and a pinch of @salt{¼%tsp}.

In a #large bowl{}, whisk together @eggs{2%eggs} and @coconut milk{1%cup} until thoroughly combined.

Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined. Pour in melted butter and gently stir to combine.

Spread apple cubes in an even layer inside baking dish. Pour oat mixture over top, spreading to distribute. Sprinkle remaining pecans on top. Bake in oven until top is golden and oats have a firm, bouncy texture ~{35%minutes}. -- For a crispy crust, increase heat to 450°F 5 minutes before done.

Allow oat bake to cool ~{5%minutes} after removing from oven. Divide between bowls, then dollop with @yogurt{½%cup} and serve.
