In a #small bowl{}, whisk together @apricot jam{2%tbsp}, @bbq sauce{2%tbsp}, and @ketchup{1%tbsp} to make the apricot BBQ glaze. Set half aside for brushing later.

In a #large bowl{}, combine @ground turkey{½%lb}, @panko breadcrumbs{¼%cup}, @fry seasoning{1%packet}, the reserved half of the glaze, 1%tsp water, ¾%tsp salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix until just combined and shape into two small meatloaves.

Preheat oven to 425F. Wash and dry all produce. Place meatloaves on one side of a #large baking sheet{}. On the opposite side, toss @potatoes{1%lb} with a drizzle of oil, @garlic powder{1%tsp}, salt, and pepper. Toss @green beans{½%lb} with a little oil, salt, and pepper and place alongside or on a second sheet if needed.

Roast ~{20%minutes}, brushing meatloaves with the remaining glaze halfway through, until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165F and potatoes are tender.

Let meatloaves rest ~{5%minutes}, then slice crosswise. Serve with roasted potatoes and green beans.
