1Preheat oven to 450°F. Wash and dry all produce. -
2Toss zucchini on a baking sheet with a drizzle of olive oil , 1 tsp italian seasoning , a pinch of salt , and a pinch of black pepper . Place garlic (peeled and wrapped in foil) on the same sheet.
