Preheat oven to 425°F. Wash and dry all produce. Cut @sweet potatoes{12%oz} into thin sticks. Toss on a #baking sheet{} with a large drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp} and a pinch of @salt{1%tsp} and @pepper{½%tsp}. Place in the oven for about ~{25%minutes}, tossing once, until golden brown.

Mince @garlic{2%cloves}. Peel and grate @carrots{1%pieces}. Halve, peel, and finely dice @red onion{1%pieces}. Place ½ cup diced onion aside in a #large bowl{}.

Heat a large drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp} in a #small pot{} over medium heat. Add remaining red onion and cook, tossing, for ~{2%minutes} until softened. Add @chili powder{1%tsp} and cook ~{1%minute} until fragrant. Stir in @BBQ sauce{2%tbsp}, 2 tsp @white wine vinegar{1%tbsp}, and ½ cup water. Reduce to a low simmer until ready to use.

Add @ground pork{12%oz} and minced garlic to the #large bowl{} with the diced onion. Season generously with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties. Heat a large drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook ~{4%minutes} per side until cooked through.

While burgers cook, combine remaining @white wine vinegar{1%tbsp}, 3 tbsp @mayonnaise{3%tbsp}, and 2 tsp @sugar{2%tsp} in a #large bowl{}. Toss in @shredded red cabbage{2%cups} and grated carrots. Season with salt and pepper.

Split @potato buns{2%pieces} and place in the oven to toast ~{2%minutes}. Spread each bun with barbecue sauce, top with a pork patty, and finish with coleslaw. Serve sweet potato fries and remaining coleslaw on the side. Use extra barbecue sauce and mayonnaise for dipping fries.
