Preheat oven to 425°F. Wash and dry all produce.

Toss @broccoli{1%lb} on a #baking sheet{} with a drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp}, half the @garlic powder{1%tsp}, half the @dried thyme{1%tsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, and @black pepper{1%tsp}.

In a #small pot{}, combine @precooked polenta{1%unit} and @water{⅓%cup} over medium heat. Cook, mashing with a #potato masher{}, until mostly smooth ~{45%seconds}.

Melt @butter{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add @panko breadcrumbs{2%tbsp}, a pinch of salt, and pepper; cook, stirring, until golden brown ~{4%minutes}. Turn off heat and transfer to a #small bowl{}. Wipe out pan.

Pat @bavette steak{2%steaks} dry with paper towels and season generously all over with remaining garlic powder, remaining thyme, salt, and pepper.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add finely chopped @shallot{1%unit} and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender ~{45%seconds}.

Once broccoli is roasted, carefully toss on sheet with toasted panko breadcrumbs until evenly coated.

Finish polenta by stirring in @cream cheese{2%oz}, @sour cream{2%tbsp}, @parmesan cheese{¼%cup}, @truffle seasoning{1%tsp}, @chicken stock concentrate{1%unit}, and @beef demi-glace{1%unit} until smooth and heated through ~{2%minutes}. Plate polenta, top with steak and broccoli, and drizzle with pan sauce.
