Wash and dry all produce. Halve, peel, and thinly slice @onion{2%medium}. Clean and quarter @cremini mushrooms{8%oz}. Roughly chop @thyme{1%tbsp}. Grate @mozzarella cheese{1%cup} and crumble @feta cheese{½%cup}. Tear @pizza dough{1%lb} into two equal portions. Lightly flour a clean work surface with @flour{2%tbsp}.

Heat @olive oil{2%tbsp} in a #large skillet{} over medium heat. Add sliced onions, @garlic powder{½%tsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, and @black pepper{½%tsp}. Cook, stirring occasionally, until deeply caramelized and tender ~{15%minutes}. Transfer to a bowl and stir in @roasted onion & garlic spread{2%tbsp}.

Wipe out skillet and return to medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook until browned and any released liquid has evaporated ~{5%minutes}. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in half the chopped thyme.

Line a #baking sheet{} with #parchment paper{}. Stretch each dough portion into a 10-inch oval on the prepared sheet.

Spread the caramelized onion mixture evenly over each flatbread. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly ~{14%minutes}.

Remove from oven and immediately top each flatbread with feta cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and remaining fresh thyme. Let rest ~{2%minutes} before slicing and serving.
