Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Wash and dry all produce. @carrot{1%unit}(diced) and @onion{1%unit}(diced).

Once water is boiling, add @orzo pasta{1%cup} to pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente ~{8%minutes}.

While orzo cooks, heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add @chopped chicken breast{1%unit} and @garlic powder{½%tsp}, and season with @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until browned and cooked through ~{5%minutes}.

Add carrot and onion to pan with chicken. Stir in @tomato paste{2%tbsp}, @chicken stock concentrate{1%unit}, 1 cup water, and @sugar{¼%tsp}. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until veggies are tender and sauce has thickened slightly ~{10%minutes}.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together @dijon mustard{1%tsp}, half the @red wine vinegar{1%tbsp}, a drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Toss with @mixed greens{2%cups}.

Divide pasta between shallow bowls. Top with Bolognese sauce and @crème fraîche{2%tbsp}. Grate @parmesan cheese block{2%oz} over top. Serve with salad on the side.
