  • onion (peeled & thinly sliced)

    Preheat oven to 450°F ⏱️ 10 minutes . Wash and dry all produce.

    Place flatbreads dimpled sides down on a baking sheet . Rub tops with a drizzle of olive oil ; season with salt and black pepper . Bake until lightly toasted ⏱️ 5 minutes .

    Meanwhile, heat cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add italian chicken sausage mix and onion . Cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until sausage is browned and cooked through and onion is softened ⏱️ 4 minutes .

    Once flatbreads are toasted, remove sheet from oven. Carefully flip flatbreads dimpled sides up; evenly spread with marinara sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese . Top with sausage and onion mixture. Bake until cheese is melted ⏱️ 3 minutes .

    Once flatbreads are done, drizzle with as much pesto and balsamic glaze as you like.
