Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove @shrimp{12%oz} from the refrigerator and bring to room temperature. Halve, peel, and thinly slice @red onion{1%medium}. Roughly chop @mint{¼%cup}. Drain and rinse @cannellini beans{15%oz}. Halve @grape tomatoes{1%cup}.

Toss shrimp on a #baking sheet{} with a drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp}. Season with @salt{1%tsp}, @black pepper{½%tsp}, and as much @chili powder{¼%tsp} as you like.

Heat a large drizzle of oil in a #large pan{} over medium heat. Add sliced onion and cook, tossing, ~{4%minutes} until softened. Season with salt and pepper. Add @spinach{5%oz} to the pan along with a splash of water and toss ~{2%minutes} until spinach has wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place shrimp in the oven ~{4%minutes} until just opaque.

While shrimp cook, add beans and tomatoes to the pan over medium heat. Toss ~{2%minutes} until heated through. When shrimp are ready, add them to the pan along with half the mint.

Season to taste with salt, pepper, and chili powder as desired. Garnish with @feta cheese{½%cup} and remaining mint leaves. Enjoy!
