Adjust oven racks to middle and top positions. Preheat oven to 425°F. Wash and dry all produce.

Toss @potatoes{12%oz} on a baking sheet with a drizzle of @cooking oil{2%tbsp}, @salt{½%tsp}, and @black pepper{¼%tsp}. Roast on the middle rack until browned and tender ~{20%minutes}.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, gently combine @ground turkey{12%oz}, @panko breadcrumbs{¼%cup}, half the @shallot{2%unit}, half the @garlic{4%cloves}, half the @parsley{1%cup}, half the @chicken stock concentrate{2%unit}, @salt{¼%tsp}, and @black pepper{¼%tsp}. Shape into 2 meatloaves and place on a separate baking sheet.

Bake meatloaves on the top rack alongside the potatoes ~{20%minutes}. During the last 5 minutes of baking, brush meatloaves with @ketchup{2%tbsp}.

Toss @broccoli{8%oz} with a drizzle of @cooking oil{2%tbsp}, @salt{¼%tsp}, and @black pepper{¼%tsp}. Roast on the bottom or middle rack until tender and browned ~{15%minutes}.

Meanwhile, melt @butter{2%tbsp} in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add remaining shallot and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, until shallot is softened and garlic is fragrant ~{2%minutes}.

Whisk in @flour{2%tbsp}, remaining @chicken stock concentrate{2%unit}, and @water{1%cup}. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until gravy thickens ~{5%minutes}. Season with salt and pepper.

Once cool enough to handle, slice meatloaves crosswise.

Divide meatloaves, potato wedges, and broccoli between plates. Spoon gravy over meatloaves and serve.
