    Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place 1 TBSP flour in a large bowl . Wash and dry produce.

    Place butter in a medium bowl ; cover with plastic wrap. Microwave until melted ⏱️ 90 seconds .

    To bowl with melted butter, add rolled oats , pecans , half the cinnamon , remaining flour, sugar , and a pinch of salt. Mix with a fork to combine. Place topping mixture in freezer to firm up while preparing filling.

    Peel, core, and thinly slice apple . Zest and quarter lemon .

    To bowl with reserved flour, add apples, brown sugar , remaining cinnamon, and juice from one lemon wedge; toss to combine. Transfer to prepared baking dish in an even layer.
